Privacy
Steward Watch is a private tool for a small group of invited users. There's no public sign-up.
What it uses
- Your sign-in email and a hashed password (and an authenticator-app secret if you turn that on), to let you in.
- Your uTRAC username and password, typed in for each check. The password is only held in memory while the check runs and is never stored or logged.
- The uTRAC job board and My Jobs entries it reads, to build your report.
- Your Google Calendar, if you connect it, to read and create/update/remove only the shift entries this tool manages (titles starting with your chosen prefix) and the alternating-week series. It doesn't read other events' details beyond their title, time and organiser.
- The invitee email addresses you enter, to add them to those calendar entries.
Where it's kept
- On one server run by the site owner. Reports and scraped data are deleted automatically after a set number of days (90 by default).
- A sign-in log (time, IP address, account) is kept for security for about 6 months.
- Nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising. No analytics or tracking cookies; the only cookie is the sign-in session.
- The Android app shows this website; it doesn't store pages on your phone.
Your choices
- Disconnect Google Calendar any time from the run page, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Ask the site owner to delete your account and your saved settings and reports.
